Our Pricing

We believe in providing an excellent service at a fair price. Sure there are window washers out there willing to clean your windows at cut-rate, cheap prices. But be careful because you'll get what you pay for.

Here are some things to look for, and to ask when choosing a window washer:

Will they open each window and clean your sills and tracks? (Most window washers never open the windows)
Do they actually scrub your screens instead of just wiping them off? It makes no sense to have clean glass and dirty screens.
Do they look professional and are they in company uniforms? If they're not willing to invest in looking professional, then they're in this for the short term.
Ask for plenty of references along with phone numbers. A reputable window washing company should be glad to provide them to you.
Are they insured and bonded? Things happen. You need to be fully protected in case of unforeseen situations. (As a side note, we've never had a claim.)

If your home is over 4,000 sq. ft. We can do one of three things:

You can schedule an appointment with the understanding that your price will be more than a "large" home. We will carry a pricing sheet with us that has our prices per window printed on it so you know exactly how and why we came up with your final price. We take pride in the fact that you actually can TRUST us.
You can call and we can talk. We have a set of questions we can ask you to narrow down the price. And then we can schedule an appointment to clean your windows.
On rare occasions we will go out and do an estimate onsite. This is a last resort and we prefer not to do this because it takes so much valuable time and money to visit your home if we are not going to wash your windows.

Why should I get my tracks cleaned?

When you get your windows cleaned by Clearview you'll see that we clean the whole window. That means when you look at the glass and frame you'll notice them to be cleaned. If you are the type to open your windows then you might enjoy clean tracks. But if you never open your windows you might as well save $3.00 on each track. And just to squeeze in a True but Pompous statement because it's our website and we can, "Nobody cleans tracks better than Clearview. We have THE highest standard on track cleaning."

Why Should I get my screens cleaned?

Well first we should ask you if you even open your windows? If you don't then have you considered taking your screens permananetly off? If you do you can enjoy more of your view. Plus, we think a house looks pretty good without screens. Secondly, a lot of our customers, after we bring this to their attention, take their screens down that are in their screen enclosure. If you have a screen enclosure and you also have a screen on your window it's kind of like having double protection. So, some customers have us store their screens in their garage or attic for free.

However, we will wipe down the frame for free and get the bugs off. But, if you want us to use soap and water just say so and we'll do it. From our experience the frames get the dirtiest not the screen. And you really have to have a good eye to see any surface dirt on a screen.
